Ryan has spent the bulk of the last decade founding multiple successful startups in the area of human services, including training and recruitment consultancies. 

Ryan has also worked in senior roles within the Vocational Education & Training, Recruitment & Financial services industries. With this wealth of experience, he is often often called upon to assist businesses with growth or operations challenges.

Ashley Langdon


Ashley has spent over two decades founding and growing companies in Australia and the United Kingdom (UK) within the Human Capital and Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.

Ashley continues to support several corporate Tier1 and SME customers with the implementation of high-quality Educational programs, during a disruptive domestic VET environment in Australia. Ashley has always had the customers objectives and outcomes, at the centre, of any Government policy and organisational changes.

Cara Jenkinson


After 5 years of tertiary study and a successful career in Dublin, Ireland, Cara made the transition to Melbourne, Australia in 2013. To date, Cara has been heavily involved in the Vocational Education and training sector, holding many senior roles across various successful organisations. This has made her a detail-orientated operations manager, with a sharp operational and process efficiency that sees her manage client relationships and problem-solve effectively.

Charlie Hallett


Charlie commenced his career working within the professional training services sector in Central London, establishing training and networking events for members of the financial services and IT sectors. Post this, Charlie made the step into education consultancy – taking a role with Oxford University, developing primary and secondary education across several Caribbean and East African nations.

Since moving to Australia, Charlie has continued to grow his experience in the education sector, working to recruit students into University and post-secondary education qualifications. Charlie has an outstanding passion and extensive knowledge of the education sector that ensures customers receive exceptional care when selecting education and funding solutions.

Zelda Whittaker


Zelda has spent the bulk of her career as a qualified pharmacist and brings a level headed and logical approach to all her work. With a customer-focused approach, Zelda understands the importance of education. Zelda’s experience in Vocational Education & Training over the last 5 years has been primarily administrative and operational, working with some of Australia’s largest training organisations.

Alex Docherty


Alex has an extensive and broad range of experience in the professional services sector. Commencing his career working for one of Australia’s largest media organisations (Network 10) over a 10 year period, Alex has a passion for high level customer service, which led him to the foundation of his own hospitality business in Melbourne’s CBD. Alex has also spent considerable time working within mid-tier management consulting firm, which is where he developed a passion for education solutions. Alex has a strong focus on building strong relationships with customers to ensure high quality educational solutions are established.
